It’s time to move from anxiety, grief, stress in relationships and trauma to the best version of you. Together with online support and methods of healing, you will gain expansion of self and find confidence in moving forward.
Short Listening GROUPS ~ ONLY 6 MEETINGS. 5 to listen together and one a month or two out for wrapping up any noticing and questions. WE ALL CAN BENEFIT AND HAVE FUN
